Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Card
VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB are accepted.
Google Pay
Available when using Google Chrome.
Please select Google Pay from Express Checkout at checkout.
Apple Pay
Available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac using Safari.
Please select Apple Pay from Express Checkout at checkout.
PayPal
You can pay using a credit card, debit card, or bank account linked to your PayPal account.

Shipping Availability
Currently, we only ship within Denmark.
Shipping Locations & Processing Time

We ship items from two locations depending on stock availability:
- Copenhagen Stock (Denmark Warehouse)
  Orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
- Tokyo Stock (Japan Warehouse)
  Orders will be shipped within 10 business days.
Shipping Carriers
- From Denmark: DAO / GLS
- From Japan: Japan Post / FedEx / DHL
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within Denmark after shipment.
Tracking
All orders include tracking information.
Important Notes
- Processing time varies depending on item location.
- Please check the product page for the stock location of each item.
- Orders shipped from Japan may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

After Order Placement
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after they are placed.
Before Shipment
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation via our contact form.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

We accept returns or exchanges only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
You must contact us within 7 days after receiving the item.
Return shipping costs for defective or damaged items will be covered by us.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns for customer convenience.
- Colors and textures may appear slightly different depending on your display settings.
